Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Kirspaz LLC provides low-voltage contracting, structured cabling, and IT systems integration. All services are performed in accordance with industry standards (TIA/EIA). Any modifications to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a Change Order.

2. Payments and Estimates

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• A deposit of 30-50% is required before the commencement of hardware procurement or on-site labor.
• Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project and successful system testing.
• Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month.

3. Job Site Conditions

For "Rough-in" and "Trim-out" phases, the client or General Contractor must ensure the job site is safe, accessible, and free of obstructions. Kirspaz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by other trades or lack of site readiness.

4. Limited Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on our workmanship (cabling terminations and physical installation). Hardware and software components are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client-modified software configurations or physical damage by third parties.

5. Liability and Insurance

Kirspaz LLC maintains comprehensive General Liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing electrical or structural issues discovered during the course of installation. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. Software and Intellectual Property

Any custom code or proprietary configurations developed by Kirspaz LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software for the operation of their installed systems.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice. The client will be responsible for all labor and materials incurred up to the date of termination.
