• System Access: Temporary administrative credentials required for hardware configuration and software deployment.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide our services, including:

• Managing on-site installations and rough-ins.
• Providing remote technical support and firmware management.
• Processing invoices and hardware procurement through our trade suppliers.

3. Data Security & Network Integrity

Data security is central to our trade. We employ industry-standard encryption and secure password management protocols (such as 2FA) when handling client credentials. We do not store sensitive network passwords in unencrypted plain text.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal or network data. Information is shared only with:

• Hardware Manufacturers: For warranty registration and equipment activation.
• Sub-Contractors: Only as required to complete specific project phases (e.g., specialized electrical or HVAC integrations).

5. Remote Access Policy

For clients on Managed Service Plans, we may utilize secure remote access tools for system maintenance. All remote access is logged and performed only by authorized technicians for the purpose of system optimization or troubleshooting.

6. Your Rights

You may request a summary of the data we hold regarding your property’s network infrastructure at any time. Upon termination of service, you may request the deletion of all access credentials from our internal management systems.
